FAQ

Questions from teams.

What does the company see?

Only aggregated recovery insights: adoption, completion rate, team-level trends, high-level recovery patterns. The company does not see an individual employee's recovery score.

What does the company NOT see?

No raw video, no individual camera recordings, no personal recovery history, no individual fatigue ranking, and no data for performance review.

Can Moru be used to evaluate employee performance?

No. Moru is a wellbeing and recovery product — not employee surveillance or a performance-evaluation tool.

How does a pilot work?

A typical pilot runs 2–4 weeks. You pick a team, align privacy rules, run onboarding, employees use the PWA/widget, then you review aggregated insights.

What team size is needed for analytics?

There is a minimum group threshold. If there aren't enough active users, the dashboard shows “Not enough data to display aggregated insights.”

Do you store video?

Raw video is not stored by default. Camera access is session-based. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Is Moru GDPR-compliant?

Moru is designed with GDPR principles in mind: transparency, data minimization, user control and privacy-first aggregation. A DPA can be provided for business customers after legal review.

Moru supports digital-wellbeing and recovery habits. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
